The right to accept returns is solely the decision of Tulsi Weaves. In case returns are made by customers where there has been no fault on part of Tulsi Weaves, the entire shipping cost must be borne by customers. Sarees thus returned must be unused and should be in original condition and packaging. Also, courier services of international standards must be used and the liability rests entirely on the sender in the event of the loss of product while shipping the product back.
